Are you a creative who cares about your impact on the Planet and society, but is feeling overwhelmed by how to contribute in an authentic way while still being able to do the work you love?
I have created a mentorship programme specifically designed for you! One that supports you to develop a sustainable practice.
Celebrate Earth Day every day by:
I’m a registered Charted Environmentalist, and 20 years experience as a professional hair and makeup artist across fashion, beauty, film & tv, and advertising. I’ve been using an eco-ethical kit for over ten years and now work as a Sustainability Consultant.
I am passionate about helping other freelance artists create sustainable businesses that positively impact the Planet, society, and themselves.
So, yes, the programme is founded on robust processes and real outcomes. But expect a splash of creativity, a sense of humour and a focus on outcomes that promote happiness.
Four one-to-one 1-hour virtual sessions spread out over a 1-2 month period to accommodate your freelance availability. The sessions will include practice exercises, a personal dashboard to track success and an action plan for your continued progress.
This is the flow we will follow in our time together. It’s been designed to help focus on what matters. When it matters.
If collaboration is the key to sustainable development, this goes for us, too. To achieve the best possible outcome, I’ll need your full commitment.
My role is to guide you on your journey, challenge you when you need it and support you when you’re faltering. I want to help you work towards a future you want to work for and live in.
Capacity is limited to 10 people due to the 1-to-1 nature of the service and is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Discounts will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and payment plans are available for those that need extra financial support. Please get in touch for more information.

A mentor is a person who acts as an advisor to a mentee, who is a person with less experience. Typically, people look for mentors who work in their industry or one that is similar to theirs. The mentor guides this person’s professional growth and development, frequently providing advice based on their more advanced knowledge or experience.
Mentors support growth and serve as a source of knowledge by providing specific insights and information that enable the mentee’s success.
A mentorship works much like an agreement and the level of formality depends on the mentee’s desired outcomes.
You will need access to a stable Wifi connection, and a laptop or desktop computer.
This programme will support any freelance hair & makeup artists looking to transition to using an eco-ethical kit, change industries or upskill for new industries and markets. Or if you’re feeling stuck and stagnant and need a fresh perspective.
If you cannot find at least one suitable time over a two-week period, then please get in touch and I can see if I have any open slots in my diary to accommodate your availability.
The mentoring sessions include four one-to-one 1-hour virtual sessions spread out over a 1-2 month period to accommodate your freelance availability.
Once you have signed up and paid, you will receive a welcome pack that will include a link to my booking calendar so you can schedule your sessions. You can choose if you want to book all 4 in one go, or just book them one by one.
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session without notifying me. Simply reschedule through the booking confirmation. In extenuating circumstances that are less than, just reach out and we can make a plan.
No. To keep costs down, and to offer it to freelancers outside of London, this is a 100% virtual service.
You can book me for 1-hour PAYG sessions too. You will receive more details as we come to the end of the programme.
